SHIPPING:
Orders uauall ship within 3 business days and are sent via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with Delivery Confirmation. Packages shipped this way tend to arrive in 2-3 business days but are not guaranteed. If more immediate shipping is needed, please email or call us with your order and we'll do our best to fill your delivery request.


SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping is based on your total order amount and calculated when checking out of PayPal.
All outgoing orders are shipped FOB Origin-Huntington Beach, CA USA


TAX:
Purchases shipped within California will be charged 7.75% sales tax.


RETURNS/CREDITS:
Moto Rose Designs strives to exceed your expectations with our unique product line. If within 10 days of the ship date you are not satisfied with your order, simply call us at 714-964-2908. You will be given a Return Authorization Code (RAC) to send in with your written request and a copy of your sales receipt. An exchange/store credit will only be granted if the items are unused and in original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Sender is responsible for return postage and Insured/Tracked shipping is recommended. Send returns along with your RAC to the address below:
